Working as an employee can be challenging, especially if you feel like you don't really belong with the rest of the group. As a black woman, I often felt this way in my work, where the company culture did not invite me to think outside the box and fully utilize my talents. It felt like I had to work 100 times harder every day just to be seen, and my introverted nature didn't help with building relationships with colleagues.

But fortunately, a turning point came into my life when I started my own company, Bysanaah. By setting up my own business, I discovered that I was so much more than what people told me at work. I realized that many of the assessments I received came from ego and were not necessarily truthful. I learned not to listen to the judgments of others and to give myself the space to grow and flourish.

It is important to remember that everyone is different and that you should not allow other people to limit you. It is up to you to pursue your dreams and allow yourself to grow and flourish, regardless of where you are in your career.

For me, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) has helped manifest my dream life. By learning how to control my emotions and stress levels, I was able to focus on creating a reality that made me happy and allowed me to fully utilize my talents and passions.
